Cristina has been licensed since 2005 as intellectual property counsel by the Romanian State Office for Patents and Trademarks (OSIM), advising clients in all aspects of trademark rights and with a winning track record in well known cases of intellectual property disputes.

Successfully advising of many clients on the best strategies for brand creation and legal protection
Assisting in transactions, through the preparation of due diligence reports and drafting of acquisition documentation aimed at monetizing the sale of IP assets (brands, patents, copyrights etc.), helping to negotiate a fair market price and providing support for the operational aspects of the transfer.
Successful representation in intellectual property rights disputes regarding the cancellation of trademarks in which the priority of the legal name has been invoked
Successful representation in the field of related copyrights (“voice over”). The innovative request for recognition of the voice as a related copyright was recognized in judicial practice after 7 years of trials
Several proceedings in front of Tribunal, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Justice relating to trademarks, copyright and related rights infringement.
Acting in trademark opposition proceedings before State Office for Invention and Trademarks and European Union Intellectual Property Office.
