Cristina is a trademark attorney responsible for registration, maintenance, and enforcement of trademarks before OSIM, EUIPO, and WIPO. She assists both national and international clients in conducting and providing search reports, filing trademark applications, and managing the applications at all stages of their registration. Cristina also advises on various opposition matters, infringement, and enforcement cases for trademarks. The challenge facing Cristina is to achieve the best possible protection for every client according to his own wishes, ideas, and vision for the future. She has a Cambridge Certificate in Business English and she is a member of the Academy of European Law and of the Institute of Legal Secretaries and PA’s in London, UK.
